Community submissions & reviews

The vet & practitioner directory lets visitors suggest a listing and leave reviews. This involves some personal data, processed on the basis of your consent, given when you submit.

• Suggesting a vet: we collect the listing details and your email address. Your email is used only to contact you about the submission and is never shown publicly.
• Leaving a review: we collect your star rating, your review text, an optional display name, and your email address. Your rating, text and display name are published once approved; your email stays private and is never published.
• Moderation: reviews are checked before publication. We may decline or remove any submission or review.
• Retention: submission and review data is kept while the listing is published; private email addresses are deleted on request or when no longer needed.
• Your rights: you may withdraw consent and request correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@cairnterrier.lu.
• Processors: email notifications are sent via Resend; data is stored in our Turso database. We process data within the EU/EEA where possible. If you tap 'Find more vets nearby', your approximate location is sent to OpenStreetMap (Overpass) to look up nearby practices.
