- Whether a foreign stud that never enters the LOL must meet arts. 5c and 6 is not stated in the regulation. Ask the Zuchtbuchstelle.
Read this first
- FCL works by explicit breed lists — a test binds only the breeds named in its list. HD, eye examination and the PLL gene test have lists that do not include the Cairn Terrier.
- Both breed lists state that they are not exhaustive and may be extended at any time, and direct breeders to ask the Zuchtbuchstelle in case of doubt. Treat the negatives as true for this version, not permanently.
