Read this first

No PEVISA programme and no breed-specific special conditions. The Kennel Club breed page states both in terms: "Rodulla ei ole PEVISA-ohjelmaa" and "Ei rotukohtaisia eritysehtoja".
Confirmed against the full PEVISA document, which lists at least a dozen terrier breeds and does not include the Cairn.
PEVISA is always adopted on the initiative of the breed organisation, so its absence is a decision rather than an oversight.

The most complete public system in Europe, open since 2005 and covering every FCI breed registered in Finland. Shows the inbreeding percentage alongside the pedigree with a selectable generation depth; the club's own breeding guidance recommends keeping the eight-generation figure under 6.25 per cent. Has an English interface.

Requirements are shown in the language they were published in. Translating a regulation risks changing it. This reports what clubs published, with the date each source was read. It is not approval to breed — confirm with the club before you rely on it. (Checked: 8 August 2026)
